עדי ראייה שיצאו מאזור לימון היל בפארק פיירמאונט סיפרו על רגעי האימה שבהם הבחינו בשני בני אדם קורסים במהלך הירי. המשטרה חסמה את הגישה לאזור והגיעה בכוחות מתוגברים בעקבות הדיווחים על ירי המוני עם נפגעים רבים.
