The White House smoothed things over last week with a hassidic Jewish reporter whom President Donald Trump rebuked last February.

Jewish weekly Ami Magazine correspondent Jake Turx was granted an exclusive interview with Press Secretary Sean Spicer, which was published in the magazine's special Passover edition.

Turx tweeted a picture of himself sitting down with Spicer last Friday on his Twitter account, and wrote: "Sharing a laugh with @PressSec @seanspicer in his office."

In February's press conference, when Turx asked a question about anti-Semitism, Trump ordered him to "sit down." Turx attempted to interject, and Trump told him, "Quiet, quiet, quiet."

Trump also accused Turx of lying about asking a straightforward, simple question.
