This week, Israel celebrated Tu B'Shevat, the new year of the trees. Though not mentioned in the Bible, the holiday has ancient origins, and is one of four different "new years" celebrated in the Hebrew calendar. Opinion Editor Steve Ganot and Elyssa Frank discuss the evolution of Israel's greenest holiday. Anchor: Steve Ganot. Camera: Doron Persaud. Makeup: Rona Ben-Ezra. Archive: GPO.
