עונש כפול לזניט סנט פטרסבורג. בעקבות גל הנדבקים שאילץ אותה לא לשחק בשני משחקי היורוליג השבוע היא ספגה הפסדים טכניים.
לזניט 13 נדבקים בסגל מה שלא איפשר לה להעמיד סגל מינימלי למשחקים בספרד מול בסקוניה (אתמול) ו-ולנסיה מחר.
השופט מטעם היורוליג החליט לפי תקנון הקורונה של המפעל ופסק לה שני הפסדים טכניים 20:0. זניט שהתחילה בצורה נהדרת עם שני ניצחונות על אנאדולו אפס וברצלונה עכשו במאזן 2:2.
זו היתה הפסיקה הראשונה ולא האחרונה להפסדים טכניים העונה ביורוליג. וילרבאן שלא הופיעה למשחק מול פנאתינייקוס אתמול צפויה לעונש דומה.
החלטה דומה היתה בשבוע שעבר ביורוקאפ כשבורסאספור זכתה בעקבות אי הופעתה של צדביטה אולימפיה לובליאנה. במחזור הזה צפויה החלטה דומה כשבורז' אינה יכולה להופיע מול ונציה, בגלל ריבוי מקרי הדבקה בקורונה.
