The Islamic State group issued another execution video Tuesday, identifying the victim as 19-year-old Mohamed Said Ismail Musalam, an Israeli Arab from east Jerusalem, who the terrorist group alleged was a Mossad spy. It is believed Musalam was the Israeli Arab the group claimed to have abducted in January. The 13-minute video, posted on Twitter, shows Musalam confessing to having been recruited by the Mossad to infiltrate Islamic State and provide information about its movements, arsenal, and bases in Syria, as well as on Islamic State leaders. In the video, the terrorist group denounces the youth as a "heretic and a traitor" who must "pay for his crimes." "He came one day and asked me to work with Israeli intelligence. I told him I would think about it, and then went and asked my father and brother what they thought. They both encouraged me to do it and told me that it was a very good job. They told me there was a lot of money in it, and that you could advance to higher positions. I knew at that point that they themselves were working as spies," Fox News quoted Musalam as saying in the video. He then says he was caught because he "began acting in a manner that was not typical of a muhajir despite the training [he] had received from the Mossad." In a particularly gruesome twist, Musallam is shown kneeling before a young boy -- no older than 12 -- holding a gun. An Islamic State terrorist standing beside them, speaking in French, issues threats against Jews in France and Israel, saying, "The young lions of the caliphate will kill those sent by the foolish Mossad to spy on the secrets of the Mujahideen and the Muslims. Soon you will see the legions of the caliphate on your land and they will liberate Jerusalem from you, Allah willing." The boy then shouts "Allahu akbar" ("God is great") and shoots Musalam four times, including once in the head. Musalam's father, Said, denied that his son was working for the Mossad. "My son is not a spy. Everything that has been said about him is a lie. None of us have ever worked with Israeli intelligence. We have been heartbroken and worried sick since we learned he was abducted." Speaking with Army Radio, the father said, "Mohamed was against Islamic State, seeing what he saw on TV, what they were doing, he was against them. ... Everyone who knows Mohamed loves him. He wanted for nothing here. The Mossad? What are you talking about? Why would the Mossad recruit a clueless 19-year-old kid-" Musalam's brothers have prevented the father, who suffers from a heart condition, from seeing the video, fearing for his health. Their mother collapsed upon hearing the news of his death and had to be rushed to a nearby hospital. "Everyone keeps telling us, 'At least he didn't suffer like those who were beheaded or burned.' I hope God exacts retribution on these animals. May Allah punish them," Musalam's brother, Ahmed, told Israel Hayom. "My brother was a good man, and Islamic State used him and killed him for their own political and religious purposes. These barbarians, who took an innocent man like my brother and used him, these are not the followers of Islam. They killed him in cold blood, for no reason." Also on Tuesday, Islamic State released the names and photos of 13 other individuals the group claims were part of a Mossad network trying to spy on its operations. The terrorist group further released satellite images it claims were of the "spies'" places of residence.

Musalam says he was recruited to work for the Israeli intelligence agency by one of his neighbors, an Israeli police officer, who offered him a large payment for his services. He further says his father and brother encouraged him to work for the Mossad.
