After suffering from serious congestion and debilitating headaches, prime minister's bodyguards take him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, where doctors diagnose him with a sinus infection • Prime minister sent home within a few hours.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was taken to the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera on Saturday night after feeling ill.

The prime minister's symptoms included serious congestion which, by Friday night, was accompanied by debilitating headaches. Noticing the prime minister's discomfort, his bodyguards offered to take him to the hospital.

The Prime Minister's Office and his security personnel quickly organized a trip with the prime minister to the Hadera medical center, where hospital director Professor Meir Oren was summoned to provide treatment.

Netanyahu was diagnosed with a sinus infection, but physicians decided his condition did not require hospitalization. He was sent home within two hours.

Last August, the prime minister underwent emergency hernia surgery at the Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem. He was completely anesthetized during the successful procedure.
